    植物雜種優(yōu)勢形成的分子機制
      植物雜種優(yōu)勢通常最明顯地表現(xiàn)在與親本相比,雜交子一代在生長或生物量上的優(yōu)勢。細胞是生物體行使功能的最基本單元,細胞分裂和周期的調(diào)控通過影響細胞數(shù)量和大小最終決定生長發(fā)育和生物量的積累。我們將從細胞層面解析植物生長或生物量雜種優(yōu)勢形成的分子機制,并進一步探討其與產(chǎn)量雜種優(yōu)勢之間的關(guān)系。
      植物生長發(fā)育與免疫反應(yīng)之間往往存在著動態(tài)平衡關(guān)系,植物激素調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)在其中起重要作用。我們還將從生物脅迫響應(yīng)相關(guān)植物激素通路及其與促生長類植物激素通路之間的交叉會話出發(fā),深入探討植物抗病雜種優(yōu)勢的分子機制及其與生長雜種優(yōu)勢之間的關(guān)系。
