現(xiàn)代質(zhì)譜儀擁有更快的掃描速度和超高的分辨率,已被廣泛用于生命科學(xué)研究的多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀是當(dāng)前高通量測(cè)定生物體內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì)組和代謝組變化的最佳分析設(shè)備,是系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)研究不可或缺的重要工具。
北京大學(xué)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)研究院質(zhì)譜分析平臺(tái)擁有多種質(zhì)譜分析儀器,包括超高分辨率液相色譜質(zhì)譜分析系統(tǒng)、三重四極桿氣相色譜質(zhì)譜分析系統(tǒng)等。我們依托院質(zhì)譜分析平臺(tái),以農(nóng)作物為主要分析樣本,開(kāi)發(fā)適用于現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)研究的質(zhì)譜分析技術(shù),并著力構(gòu)建主要農(nóng)作物蛋白質(zhì)組以及代謝組數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。我們的主要研究方向包括作物蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和代謝組學(xué)分析方法開(kāi)發(fā),農(nóng)作物重要品質(zhì)的質(zhì)譜檢測(cè)分析,關(guān)鍵農(nóng)藝性狀的多組學(xué)大隊(duì)列深度分析,為現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供分析技術(shù)支撐。
