本課題組致力于通過農(nóng)作物和近源物種的遺傳研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、環(huán)境友好、并可持續(xù)的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式。通過開發(fā)并應(yīng)用最前沿的分子進(jìn)化和群體遺傳學(xué)理論,分析農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域在組學(xué)時(shí)代產(chǎn)生的海量數(shù)據(jù),長(zhǎng)期進(jìn)化和人工選育過程中的關(guān)鍵農(nóng)業(yè)性狀和環(huán)境適應(yīng)性的主效基因及分子機(jī)制并應(yīng)用于分子設(shè)計(jì)育種。
1)農(nóng)作物和近源野生物種的跨物種和群體比較基因組學(xué):結(jié)合不斷更新的基因組測(cè)序技術(shù),開發(fā)新的算法和軟件深度挖掘基因組數(shù)據(jù),解析作物優(yōu)良性狀的遺傳與調(diào)控機(jī)制。
2)趨同進(jìn)化的遺傳機(jī)理:通過分析多種農(nóng)作物和近源野生物種農(nóng)藝性狀進(jìn)化和適應(yīng)環(huán)境脅迫等理解植物進(jìn)化的分子機(jī)理,為農(nóng)作物育種尋找候選基因型。
3)比較遺傳學(xué)和發(fā)育組學(xué):解析不同基因型如何影響不同物種器官的建成和發(fā)育的進(jìn)化和分子機(jī)理。
