研究方向

利用分子、生化、遺傳及組學(xué)等手段，揭示環(huán)境信號包括光周期和冬季低溫調(diào)控植物開花時間（flowering time）的分子與表觀遺傳機(jī)制。種子植物歷經(jīng)營養(yǎng)生長后轉(zhuǎn)換至生殖生長，其轉(zhuǎn)換時機(jī)（即成花轉(zhuǎn)變時間或開花時間）受多種內(nèi)在因子（如年齡、激素等）與外源環(huán)境因素（如日照長度變化、溫度等）的調(diào)控。這些因素通過多種遺傳途徑如光周期路徑、春化路徑、年齡路徑等，調(diào)控開花時間基因的表達(dá)，從而誘導(dǎo)植物開花。研究內(nèi)容：利用模式開花植物以及主糧作物小麥等，聚焦春化路徑及光周期路徑，揭示季節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)換調(diào)控越冬植物在春季開花的分子與表觀遺傳機(jī)制；利用基因編輯等生物技術(shù)，改良作物開花時間等農(nóng)藝性狀。
