改革開放40年我國(guó)貧困人口減少了近7億，對(duì)全球貧困人口數(shù)量減少的貢獻(xiàn)超過90%。但截至2018年底我國(guó)仍有1660多萬(wàn)農(nóng)村貧困人口。為何我國(guó)能取得如此巨大的減貧成就？新形勢(shì)下如何實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧攻堅(jiān)目標(biāo)？如何理解我國(guó)收入差距的變化？如何成功跨越中等收入陷阱，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型？
針對(duì)這些問題，本課程將首先介紹發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基本理論，然后從自然區(qū)位環(huán)境、人口和家庭婚育行為、勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)和遷徙、農(nóng)村公共物品提供和人力資本培育等角度回顧我國(guó)的發(fā)展歷程，總結(jié)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，剖析進(jìn)一步發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。最后本課程將通過分享授課教師多年來開展的大量試驗(yàn)研究，與大家共同探索如何通過提升人力資本助力我國(guó)成功跨越中等收入陷阱。
本課程旨在豐富學(xué)生在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方面的基本理論知識(shí)和實(shí)證分析方法，了解該領(lǐng)域的學(xué)科進(jìn)展，腳踏實(shí)地的感受中國(guó)農(nóng)村減貧和發(fā)展的脈搏。

五、任課教師
劉承芳，女，侗族，北京大學(xué)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)學(xué)院長(zhǎng)聘副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師；北京大學(xué)中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)政策研究中心研究員。2008年獲美國(guó)加州大學(xué)（University of California，Davis）農(nóng)業(yè)與資源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士學(xué)位，主要從事城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展中農(nóng)村人力資本和公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的管理政策與影響評(píng)估研究，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注農(nóng)村教育與健康。迄今在國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文90多篇，其中一半以上為SCI/SSCI論文，包括 Journal of Development Economics， Journal of Labor Economics , Economics of Education Review ， American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene 等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的知名期刊。目前在北京大學(xué)開設(shè)有2門公選課：《影響評(píng)估方法及其應(yīng)用》和《發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)在中國(guó)的實(shí)踐》（英文）；1門研究生專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課：《應(yīng)用微觀計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)》；1門研究生專業(yè)課《發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)專題》。
